MARQUETTE, Michigan (WLUC) – How car insurance reimbursement checks are being distributed.
Local auto insurance companies are saying they all do it differently, some will send you check refunds regardless of how you pay, while others will deposit it into your bank account if you have automatic payments. And everyone will receive refunds at different times.
“Some have already sent refunds to all policyholders and some are doing this in alphabetical order and others are sending out batch payments over the next 5-6 weeks,” said Cassie Vanabel, Personal Lines team leader.
